8/8 participants hit the same Severity-4 blocker on Microsoft's AI agent-building platform — turning a deprioritized known bug into a priority fix. Five findings shipped. Stayed on as the designer to follow through.
Led a 4-person team building privacy-first mobile ID. Killed our own AI scanner when research kept saying the blocker was trust, not convenience. Apple shipped Digital ID six months later — same bet, validated.
Eight weeks with a climate-tech founding team. The CEO told me my first wireframe recreated the exact problem we were solving — I'd crammed everything onto one page. Rebuilt around story, not specs. $65K seed raised, investor engagement +120%, nav friction −40%.
