Nox+

A privacy-first mobile identity app, designed end-to-end (onboarding, biometric setup, document sharing) on a reusable component system. I led a team of 4 and killed our own AI scanner when research said the real blocker was trust, not convenience. Apple shipped Digital ID six months later, same bet, validated.

Nexstera Tech

Eight weeks with a climate-tech founding team. The CEO told me my first wireframe recreated the exact problem we were solving: I'd crammed everything onto one page. Rebuilt around story, and shipped a reusable design system for the team. $65K seed raised, investor engagement +120%, nav friction −40%.

Saksham

An end-to-end mobile learning app for neurodivergent students in India, designed research through hi-fi. The thing accessibility guides don't tell you: stripping back makes interfaces feel clinical, so I rebuilt around warm, high-contrast visual design. Published in Cal Poly's TAGA 2026 Journal.
