My Work
Turning an 11,000-model catalog on Microsoft Foundry into a filterable, comparable flow. I scoped it to the three decisions that actually blocked model selection: region visibility, live filters, and side-by-side compare, now live in the product.
A privacy-first mobile identity app I designed end to end, leading a team of 4. The pivotal call: we killed two of our own AI features once research showed the real blocker was trust, not convenience.
Eight weeks with a climate-tech founding team. After the CEO said my first version recreated the problem, I rebuilt the site around story and shipped a design system. The clearer story helped close a $65K seed round.
Research I ran that drove the design: 8 of 8 users hit the same Severity-4 blocker, so I turned a deprioritized bug into a priority fix and five design changes for the Foundry team.
An accessibility-first learning app for neurodivergent students in India, published in Cal Poly's TAGA 2026 Journal and coded into a live, working web version: read-aloud, dyslexia-friendly type, and learner-set contrast across six languages.
